Data recording
Users of FoldSpy Free allow us to record the browser size of every 3rd visitor to their site. No other data is recorded.
Reasonable use
Users will not be limited by the amount of visitors they get to their site. However, if your site is putting unreasonable pressure on our server, we may have to close your account. Pro users will, of course, be refunded in full.
Removal of code
FoldSpy users agree to remove the script reference on their site after their account has been closed.
Indemnification
Users of FoldSpy indemnify Eoghan McCabe Limited against all damages, losses and expenses arising as a result of the use of FoldSpy.
